Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support warehouse team members during daily operations.
- Assign tasks and monitor productivity and accuracy.
- Coordinate receiving, shipping, inventory, and order fulfillment activities.
- Train employees on warehouse procedures and safety standards.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of warehouse experience.
- Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred.
- Basic computer and inventory management system skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
