Commercial Real Estate Paralegal / Closing Coordinator

Hybrid | Onsite Training (4-6 Weeks), then 3 Days in Office

$50-$70/hour DOE

6+ Month Contract (Strong Temp-to-Hire Potential)

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate commercial real estate closings from inception through completion
• Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining critical deadlines
• Track deliverables, closing checklists, and transaction milestones
• Organize virtual deal rooms and transaction files
• Communicate with lenders, borrowers, title companies, attorneys, and other stakeholders
• Prepare closing binders, signature packages, and final transaction documentation
• Coordinate due diligence materials and third-party reports
• Maintain accurate digital records and transaction correspondence
• Assist with document preparation using templates and standardized forms
• Support attorneys throughout all phases of the transaction lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of paralegal experience , ideally within commercial real estate or transactional law
• Experience supporting real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, or closings
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and deadline management skills
• Tech-savvy professional comfortable learning new legal technology platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume practice
