School Services - School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - $40-50 per hour

Position Overview School Services School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant – Glen Ellyn, Illinois (Local Contract) Start Date: August 6, 2026 – May 21, 2027 (41 weeks). 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day, Monday‑Friday. Four days a week at one elementary school and one day at a second elementary school. Responsibilities Assist a bilingual School Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) with service delivery to elementary‑aged students. Support students with speech, language, and voice disorders, including intervention, progress monitoring, and documentation. Work under the mentorship of an experienced Spanish‑speaking bilingual SLP. Maintain a manageable caseload and complete all required reports, progress notes, and communication with the school team. Qualifications Active Illinois SLPA License. Fluency in English and Spanish. Experience working with elementary‑aged students is preferred.
