Maintenance Engineer I

As a Maintenance Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. You will be responsible for implementing and supporting maintenance programs that minimize downtime and optimize production processes. You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager, and you’ll work out of our Boyne City, MI location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the operational excellence of our manufacturing site by maintaining equipment integrity, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and safety.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPerform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtimeTroubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to maintain production flow.
