Your strong technical background and experience in quality engineering will be essential in driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure compliance with AS9100 manufacturing standards and regulationsManage tough conversations with demanding aerospace customers and regulatory agenciesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer requirements and RMA complaints and ensure regulatory complianceAssist in implementing corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.QualificationsYOU MUST HAVEBachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematicsMinimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies including root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.Proficiency in data analytics tools to take in data and transform into useful information.Experience with quality auditing and data analysis to monitor and improve product and process quality.WE VALUEExperience with SAP ERP or S4 HANA system.Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and certifications.Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence quality improvements.Customer interface experience with product issues or quality returns.Familiarity with AS9100 & ISO 9001 industry quality standards.U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELLIn addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
