ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Accounts Payable Clerk provides accounting/bookkeeping support for Chief Financial Officer in the areas of accounts payable and other financial areas as needed. Provides support/reports for other departments.RESPONSIBILITIES
A full job description will be provided for review during the interview process. Responsible for accurately entering purchase orders into the accounting system. Maintain processed check requests and all other accounts payable/purchase order filing. Monitor bank accounts to ensure checks have cleared and to monitor available cash balance. Reconcile vendor statements with invoices and communicate with vendors about statements. Exemplify Jesus Christ daily, sharing the gospel or praying with others as opportunities arise.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or Equivalent Two or more years of Accounts Payable (all aspects) experienceAN IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE...
