Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse specialized in Cardiac care to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in a 36-bed cardiac medical unit with patient ratios of 4 to 5:1
- Utilize Epic EMR system to document patient care and maintain accurate health records
- Participate in patient care unit duties, ensuring high-quality outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Float to other sister campuses as required, adapting to varying clinical environments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Adhere to documentation deadlines and complete necessary paperwork on time
- Current RN license and minimum of two years of PCU experience
- Cardiac nursing experience and knowledge required
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Degree from an accredited institution or five years of relevant experience required
- Ability to function independently and collaboratively within a team
