Job Title: Machine Set Up Operator Pay: $20–$25 Overview

Looking for mechanically inclined individuals who like working with equipment, solving problems, and seeing real results. If you’ve worked on a farm, in a shop, or around heavy machinery, you’ll fit well. You’ll be trained to set up and run ACME screw machines and cold heading machines that produce high-volume precision metal parts—no prior cold heading experience required.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate screw and cold heading machines
• Adjust tooling and fine-tune machines for efficient production
• Inspect parts to meet blueprints and quality standards
• Run multiple machines after training
• Troubleshoot issues and make corrections
• Perform basic maintenance and upkeep
• Keep your workspace clean and organized (5S)
• Complete production and quality records
• Work closely with your team to keep production flowing

Key Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Blueprint reading
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Preventive maintenance experience
• Hands-on work with tools and machinery (lathe, mill, etc.)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
