Medical, Dental, and Vision start on the 1st of the month after your hire date. Additionally, the company matches 2% of the amount an employee contributes.What You’ll Be Responsible ForMaintenance & RepairsYou’ll independently perform a wide range of maintenance tasks and repairs, including:HVAC systemsPlumbing repairsElectrical troubleshootingAppliance repairGeneral building maintenanceYou’ll diagnose issues, complete service requests efficiently, and ensure repairs are completed safely and correctly.Property UpkeepYou’ll help maintain the overall appearance and condition of the property by:Inspecting buildings and common areasCompleting preventative maintenanceMaintaining exterior grounds and shared spacesSupporting seasonal and property-wide maintenance needsApartment TurnoversYou’ll prepare vacant units for new residents by completing repairs, inspections, and unit turns within established timelines.Team & Vendor CollaborationYou’ll work closely with team members, property staff, and outside vendors to ensure projects and repairs are completed efficiently. You may also assist in mentoring newer maintenance staff.What You BringRequired Experience & SkillsMinimum of 2 years of maintenance experienceKnowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance systemsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to prioritize tasks and work independentlyProfessional communication and customer service skillsValid driver’s license with an acceptable driving recordReliable transportationPreferred QualificationsTrade certifications or technical trainingHigh school diploma or equivalentWhy Join Us?We know strong maintenance professionals are essential to creating successful communities.
