Acute Care Physical Therapist
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our hospital-based acute care team in Edgar, Montana. In this full-time role, you'll work directly with patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury—helping them regain function, restore independence, and transition safely through their hospital stay. You'll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment where your expertise contributes directly to positive patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Montana
- Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Experience in acute or hospital-based care is preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
- Strong clinical judgment and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients across medical-surgical units, ICU, and post-operative care
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring mobility, strength, and function
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Educate patients and families on mobility strategies, safety, and discharge planning
- Document progress and treatment interventions in the electronic medical record
