What You Get To Do Review and understand bid manuals and repair details and performing site visits to understand the project details Estimate all materials and labor required for projects, assisting the Project Manager Assisting the Project Manager with Budget creation and implementation Qualifying potential material suppliers and subcontractors Create and organize project files, manage information through Construction Project Management software What Makes You a Great Fit For This Role You understand construction plans and specifications You have a deep familiarity with Procore and billing in Procore You have estimating experience, OnScreen Takeoff preferred You’re competent in comprehension and understanding of safety and OSHA rules You have the willingness to constantly get better and strive to learn more everyday You have the drive to get things done by any means necessary You communicate efficiently — your skilled at working with all personality types You like to proactive and solve problems before they occur, evaluating what works best Additional Qualifications College degree preferred but not required 5 years in a Supervisory role in the Construction Industry is required.
