Compensation:

$120,400 - $195,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a robust client pipeline.
• Engage with potential buyers and sellers, providing them with valuable insights and guidance.
• Participate in team coaching sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
• Manage real estate transactions from initial contact through to successful closing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Implement proven daily systems to stay productive and achieve consistent results.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for mutual success.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to build rapport and trust.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients and team members.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
• Familiarity with real estate principles and practices, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in using CRM software or similar tools to track and manage client interactions.
• Strong problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and find solutions that benefit clients and the team.
