Compensation:

$124,500 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Meet with motivated buyers daily to tour properties and provide expert guidance.
• Confidently navigate clients through each stage of the home buying process, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
• Build and nurture genuine relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business.
• Develop professional habits that distinguish top producers from those who don't persist.
• Engage in hands-on client activities weekly to grow real confidence and expertise.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain accountability and foster a supportive environment.
• Utilize proven systems to stay consistent, focused, and progress daily in your role.

Qualifications:

• Active real estate license or actively pursuing one.
• Ability to build and maintain genuine relationships with clients.
• Proven track record of being dependable and showing up consistently.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to confidently guide clients through the home buying process.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to proven systems and processes for success in real estate sales.
