Senior Department Coordinator

Providing high-level administrative and project coordination support, the full-time Senior Department Coordinator will manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and department meetings while serving as a key subject matter expert for departmental projects and initiatives. Key responsibilities Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare leadership materials Support department projects by tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables Coordinate logistics for conferences and events, including venue and catering arrangements Required qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 3+ years in an administrative support role for senior leaders Knowledge of executive administrative support practices and project coordination Experience with conference/event administration and controlled document lifecycle practices Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and attention to detail Virtual Vocations Inc
