Background Compliance Specialist

Job Description We are seeking two highly motivated and detail-oriented Background Screening Specialists to join our team on a 6-month contract (with likely extensions). This role is critical to supporting our compliance and hiring processes during a period of high demand. The ideal candidates will be driven, proactive, and able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Review and verify background screening reports for accuracy and compliance. Ensure timely processing of background checks in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies or issues. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the screening process. Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders regarding screening status. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
