To learn more, visit Job Summary We are looking for a Full‑Time Entry‑Level Field Investigator to kick‑start your career in a rapidly growing industry. The role includes a fully paid investigator training program with no prior experience necessary. Key Responsibilities Case Preparation: Conduct preliminary investigations using social media and database research. Field Surveillance: Perform covert surveillance from your vehicle, tracking and capturing high‑quality video evidence of targets. Report Writing: Draft detailed, court‑ready investigative reports summarizing activity and key findings. Documentation: Finalize case files by submitting reports and uploading video footage to the system via personal laptop at the end of the day. Communication: Work closely with a field supervisor, receiving regular guidance and mentorship. Qualifications Driver's License: Active, non‑suspended and non‑revoked. Personal Vehicle: Well‑maintained, reliable (preferably with tinted windows); proof of auto insurance required. Travel Expectations: Occasional travel beyond a reasonable drive and overnight stays may be required, with expenses covered by the company. Technology: Reliable laptop, cell phone, and internet service for communication and administrative tasks. Required Skills: Strong computer and internet proficiency; excellent verbal and written communication skills. What We Offer Fully paid training program led by industry experts, with initial virtual classroom sessions followed by on‑the‑job training. Paid licensing: We cover all licensing fees and guide you through the process of obtaining investigator credentials. Surveillance equipment: The company provides necessary equipment; after one year of employment it becomes your property. Pay increases and mileage reimbursement: Performance milestones reward pay increases; a mileage reimbursement program is available. Health benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, plus a 401(k) retirement plan. Working Conditions Most surveillance cases begin at 6:00 AM. Work hours vary from 3 to 12 hours based on activity. Weekends and holidays are common due to claimants’ availability. Independent role often requiring long hours alone in your vehicle, regardless of weather. Remain alert with no external distractions, ready to use videography equipment to document subjects.
