Commercial Litigation Attorney

The Cantrell Schuette Commercial Litigation and Franchise Practice Group is seeking to hire an associate for its Tampa office. The practice is focused heavily on representing franchisees nationwide in franchisee-franchisor disputes (including in mass actions), partners in partnership disputes, minority shareholders, and other businesses or individuals who have high value claims, especially relating to breach of contract, restrictive covenants, trade secret misappropriation, fraud, misrepresentation, and other business torts.

All of its attorneys have exceptional credentials, work within defined practice groups to facilitate subject matter depth and are passionate about their work. Most of its attorneys previously worked in large national or international law firms and wanted to transition to a mission-driven practice with higher upside. Very strong compensation package.
