Senior Grants Administration Specialist

To ensure effective management and compliance with government and multilateral donors, the full-time remote Senior Grants Administration Specialist will oversee grant administration, provide technical support to National Offices, and lead initiatives across multiple countries while coaching other specialists. Key responsibilities Acts as the main liaison for managing major grants and oversees the grants portfolio, organizing regular evaluations of program progress Facilitates communication between stakeholders and represents the organization in meetings with donors and partners Provides technical oversight for complex, multi-national projects, ensuring compliance with grantor regulations and donor requirements Required qualifications Extensive experience in grants management, particularly with government and institutional grants Strong understanding of compliance and risk management in grant-funded programs Proven ability to train and mentor staff on grant management and reporting Expertise in financial oversight related to grants, including budget tracking and expenditure monitoring Ability to analyze market trends and identify strategic grant opportunities
