Join the dynamic team at Terry's Grill as a Kitchen Leader and Opener! We are seeking a passionate culinary professional with over 10 years of experience to help us deliver exceptional dining experiences in Jacksonville, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Lead kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating processes to maintain consistency.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control to optimize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all kitchen operations.
• Develop and implement new menu items to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a kitchen role
• Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations effectively.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Passion for food and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends 40 hours a week if you can open at 430am
