Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

About the Role: NBC Orthodontics Incorporated is looking for a passionate and people-focused Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join their growing team in Georgetown, TX! In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of the practice — guiding patients and families through their orthodontic journey from consultation to case acceptance. Responsibilities: Conduct new patient consultations and present customized treatment plans with clarity and enthusiasm Educate patients and families on orthodontic treatment options, timelines, and financial arrangements Coordinate scheduling for records, exams, and follow-up appointments Manage patient accounts, insurance verification, and financial agreements Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within practice management software Collaborate closely with orthodontists and clinical team to ensure seamless patient experiences Follow up with prospective patients to support case acceptance and practice growth Requirements: Previous experience in orthodontics, dentistry, or a healthcare treatment coordinator role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset Ability to present treatment plans and financial options confidently and compassionately Familiarity with dental/orthodontic practice management software (Dolphin, Orthotrac, or similar) Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and payment plan coordination Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude About Us: NBC Orthodontics Incorporated is a trusted orthodontic practice proudly serving the Georgetown, TX community with a commitment to creating beautiful, healthy smiles for patients of all ages.
