Registered Occupational Therapist (OT)

Role Overview: The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides direct rehabilitation services in occupational therapy to patients based on physician referrals, ensuring quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on activities of daily living and functional goals. Supervise and evaluate therapy staff, including OTAs and rehab aides. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and utilize therapy software effectively. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient progress and safety. Assist in patient transfers and evacuation procedures as needed. Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and confidentiality standards. Qualifications & Skills: Current NBCOT certification and state licensure required; new grads are welcome. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication skills in English. Ability to make independent decisions, demonstrate professionalism, and maintain good body mechanics.
