Welding Experience We'RE Looking For Experience with one or more of the following: MIG Welding (GMAW) TIG Welding (GTAW) Stick Welding (SMAW) Flux-Core Welding (FCAW) Arc Welding Structural Welding Production Welding Pipe Welding Plate Welding Aluminum Welding Stainless Steel Welding Carbon Steel Welding Fabrication & Welding Robotic Welding Welding Assembly Repair Welding Job Responsibilities Perform quality welds according to job specifications Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols Set up and operate welding equipment Select appropriate welding processes, materials, and settings Weld various metals and thicknesses depending on the position Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and defects Perform grinding, cutting, fitting, and fabrication as needed Measure and position materials accurately Use hand tools and power tools safely Maintain welding equipment and work areas Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Meet production and quality standards Work independently while contributing to a team environment We're Looking For Previous welding experience preferred Ability to perform quality welds consistently Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to read blueprints and/or welding symbols is a plus Comfortable working with hand and power tools Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in a physically demanding industrial environment Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work for extended periods Commitment to safety and quality Don't weld every process?
