We are currently seeking Fabrication Welders to join a fast-paced shop producing custom equipment and structural components for the oil & gas industry.If you have at least 1 year of welding experience, can read fabrication drawings, and take pride in producing quality work, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesFabricate and weld structural steel components for industrial equipmentWork on skids, platforms, supports, equipment bases, and other custom assembliesInterpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawingsComplete welds according to project specifications and quality requirementsGrind, clean, fit, and prepare materials before and after weldingUse grinders, torches, measuring equipment, and other shop toolsWork alongside fabricators and welders to meet production deadlinesInspect completed work for accuracy and weld qualityMaintain a clean and safe work environmentRequirementsMinimum 1 year of structural welding experienceExperience working with structural steelAbility to read blueprints and welding symbolsFamiliarity with fabrication tools and equipmentGood measuring and layout skillsStrong attention to detailDependable attendance and a good work ethicWillingness to work overtime when needed3G Plate Test – MIG Required
