Head of Field Service (Robotics / Mechatronics)

Это ключевая позиция для специалиста, который сможет организовать сервисную поддержку оборудования, руководить полевыми инженерами и обеспечивать бесперебойную работу техники после установки.
- Управление сервисной службой и выездными инженерами.
- Диагностика, обслуживание и ремонт роботизированного оборудования.
- Установка обновлений ПО и контроль работоспособности оборудования.
- Ведение сервисной документации и взаимодействие с инженерной командой.
- Выезды на объекты для запуска, диагностики и технической поддержки.
- Опыт работы с PLC (Siemens, Allen-Bradley и др.).
- Практический опыт с электромеханическими или мехатронными системами.
- Базовый разговорный английский
- Навыки диагностики и устранения неисправностей.
- Базовые знания электротехники.
- Водительские права.
- Готовность к командировкам (до 50% рабочего времени).
Будет плюсом:
- Опыт работы с робототехникой, сервоприводами, IoT-устройствами, холодильным или пищевым оборудованием.
