About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Global Asset Servicing to lead its team across multiple locations, including New York, Los Angeles, and Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the seamless delivery of services, driving continuous process and system improvements, and ensuring strong governance and accountability in third-party relationships. This leadership role involves acting as the primary escalation point for asset servicing issues, partnering with various internal teams, and overseeing fund administrators, custodians, and trustees. The Head of Global Asset Servicing will also be tasked with identifying and implementing long-term, scalable solutions for recurring issues, driving automation, and optimizing workflows to reduce manual processes. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' of experience in investment operations, asset servicing, or loan operations, with a preference for those with a background in alternative asset management. The role requires strong expertise in corporate actions and bank debt/loan servicing, as well as hands-on experience with Wall Street Office (WSO). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing global teams, driving process improvement, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and maintain robust quality control and risk mitigation frameworks. The Head of Global Asset Servicing will also be responsible for developing and presenting KPIs and performance metrics to senior leadership and coordinating audit requests with various external parties.
