The RoleWe are seeking a Head of Demand Generation to own our full revenue marketing engine and lead our demand generation and digital marketing initiatives globally. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll be an integral member of the marketing leadership team. You’ll oversee our global demand programs (campaigns, paid/digital, field, ABM, email and more). You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to create and execute high-impact strategies that drive pipeline growth, revenue, and brand equity within new and existing business. Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.The current range for this role is $200,000 - $260,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits. Drive cohesive strategies that enhance brand visibility, optimize user engagement, and support growth objectivesMeasuring and analyzing performance with robust KPI tracking and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for optimization, and adjust strategies to ensure continued successBuilding, leading and mentoring a team of talented marketing professionals, creating an environment that encourages both professional growth and excellence in executionWho You Are10+ years of experience in demand generation role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a B2B SaaS environment, financial services experience or experience marketing into the financial services vertical a plusExperience building a demand generation function and team, not only implementing from an established playbookExtensive experience with digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertisingStrong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders and prioritiesStrong experience in leading industry and hosted event and conference strategies as key components of the overall marketing and brand-building effortExperience leading high-performing teams, with a demonstrated ability to build a culture that balances innovation with results-driven executionOur Values Act Like an Owner - Think and operate with intention, purpose and care.
