Director/ Head of GTM

** Director / Head of GTM (Go- To- Market) ** QP Group has partnered with a high- growth, AI drug discovery platform. They are looking for their first hire to autonomously drive revenue and build up a global sales team. The role will own GTM strategy, as well as outbound sales strategy as the organisation grows, hiring as needed across the globe. Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with senior stakeholders across R&D, Scientific Informatics, Digital, IT and Business functions Own strategic outbound prospecting and account development into large enterprise customers Lead complex consultative sales cycles from initial engagement through to commercial close Partner closely with the founders to refine commercial strategy, messaging and market positioning Help lay the foundations of the future commercial organisation, with the opportunity to mentor and eventually build a sales team. Experience required: Experiences selling enterprise software into pharmaceutical companies, CROs or biotechnology organisations. Strong understanding of scientific R&D workflows and the enterprise software landscape supporting drug development. Proven track record generating enterprise pipeline through outbound business development. Ideally 3+ years experience owning and executing go-to-market strategy. #J-18808-Ljbffr QP Group
