Be the final voice our customers hear before the day ends. Be the calm in their chaos. Be the closer who makes sure nothing gets dropped. You'll start each day helping homeowners on the phone and finish as the dispatcher, quarterbacking our service techs. This is a fast-paced, phone-first role for someone who feeds off action, impact, and making things happen when others are winding down.

What You'll Own:

• Before 3:30 PM: Answer inbound calls with energy and empathy. Make outbound "Happy Calls" to check in, ask for reviews, and upsell tune-ups or memberships. Confirm next-day appointments and handle light follow-up on unsold work.
• After 3:30 PM: Dispatch technicians and communicate with field teams. Handle overflow/rollover calls when other offices close. Serve as the point person for any urgent matters until closing.

Scorecard for Success:

• 99%+ call answer rate during your shift
• 90%+ booking on service calls
• 10+ memberships or add-ons per month
• Board cleared or clean handoff by 8:00 PM

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
