About This Role Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG), a Quanta Services, Inc. company, is looking for a Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM). The Sr. PM will be responsible for all aspects of design-build/engineer-procure-construct projects, including management and administration of the prime contract, overseeing the engineering, design, procurement, scheduling, and construction management teams. The role includes direction and coordination of the field office, management of construction subcontracts and purchase orders, supervision of field operations, auditing and inspection of subcontractor work, and audit report preparation. What You’ll Do Manage integrated Design-Build / Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams from project inception through completion Provide overall direction and coordination of intermediate and final engineering design and construction activities Administer and manage the prime contract, construction subcontracts, and purchase orders Ensure compliance with customer goals related to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship Plan, execute, and provide reporting on overall project performance Work directly with the customer to ensure optimal communication and satisfaction Mitigate and resolve potential disputes Oversee compliance with project-specific health and safety and quality control plans Directly supervise Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers; coordinate with Construction Managers and safety representatives; provide leadership to meet milestones Respond to and oversee Requests for Information Perform value engineering and constructability reviews Develop procurement status reports, segregate work by subcontract and purchase order packages Oversee subcontract and supplier scope, price, and schedule exhibits Coordinate local bidding efforts with procurement teams Review and approve subcontract and purchase order invoices and submittals Develop initial project-specific schedules and monitor progress at all design and construction stages Administer changes to the prime contract and develop a Schedule of Values Transport and expedite progress payments Prepare and present progress, budget forecasting, and schedule management reports monthly Lead project close-out and warranty administration Conduct post-construction cost reviews and reporting Maintain optimal relationships among all stakeholders Train and mentor junior staff Perform any other duties assigned Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures Required Experience and Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field; combination of work and education may be substituted 10+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management, with direct DB/EPC projects in the power delivery industry preferred Well-versed in engineering, design, construction, contracting methodologies, project planning/management tasks, prime contract administration, purchase orders, budget control, safety, and quality assurance Skills Self-starter Effective team management and supervision Strong problem evaluation and solving skillsTeam building skills Understanding of the project design process during pursuit and execution phases Understanding of integrated EPC process and project lifecycle Understanding of construction means and methods Professional interaction with team members Strong organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Familiarity with estimating, scheduling, and project management software; Primavera P6 preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of the power delivery industry, safety, environmental best practices, and quality control measures Travel Requirements Travel: Yes Percent of Time: Up to 50%, or as project needs require Benefits Competitive Compensation Comprehensive Health Coverage – Multiple Medical, Dental & Vision plans with 100% preventive care 24/7 Telehealth (Teladoc) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Company-funded HSA and pre‑tax savings options 401(k) Retirement Plan No‑cost Short‑ and Long‑term Disability Employer‑paid basic Life & AD&D Insurance Paid Time off (PTO) and 10 Paid Holidays Paid Parental Leave Education Reimbursement and Professional Development Employee discount program and optional insurance offerings: Identity Theft Protection Accident Insurance Voluntary Life (spouse and child) Critical Illness Hospital Indemnity Pet Insurance Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry, sex (including gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, and/or gender identity), age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, and/or any other basis protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
