Senior Geotechnical Project Manager – Grid Resilience | Florida Offices An established, nationally recognized engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Project Manager / Engineer to join its growing Grid Resilience and Renewable Energy practice across Florida. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, high-impact projects across infrastructure, land development, and energy markets while playing a key part in expanding the firm’s geotechnical capabilities throughout the region. What You’ll Do Lead the geotechnical design and delivery of large-scale civil and grid resilience projects. Prepare and oversee technical reports, specifications, and construction recommendations. Manage client relationships, project budgets, schedules, and deliverables. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the professional growth of the team. Support geotechnical investigations, field oversight, and construction observation. Provide analysis and modeling using tools such as PLAXIS, LPILE, and SLOPE/W. What You Bring Master’s in Geotechnical Engineering (Bachelor’s in Civil or related field required). Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. 10+ years of geotechnical experience, ideally with exposure to grid resilience or renewable energy projects . Strong background in subsurface investigations, foundation design, slope stability, and earthwork inspection. Proficiency with geotechnical software (gINT, Slide/SLOPE/W, PLAXIS, LPILE, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills. Ability to balance technical work, business development, and team leadership.
