Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Advocate Mind Health, you will be entrusted with a variety of critical responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Utilizing a range of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintaining comprehensive and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and best practice guidelines.

• Engaging in collaborative care by working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure effective and holistic patient treatment.

• Participating actively in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance patient care quality and foster a culture of continuous learning.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health challenges, available treatment options, and community resources that can assist them in their journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
