Key Account Executive (Outside Sales) - Florence, SC

Labcorp seeks a field-based Key Account Executive in Florence, SC to manage assigned accounts, drive sales growth, and provide superior customer service. This outside sales role involves territory management, client education, and cross-functional collaboration to meet retention and upsell targets.

Responsibilities

• Educate and upsell assigned and newly generated accounts in territory
• Serve as liaison between clients and Labcorp operations for account needs
• Provide ongoing service and resolve customer issues in timely manner
• Manage client day-to-day operations and recommend client-focused solutions
• Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years outside sales experience or account management
• Proven success managing a book of business
• Superior customer service and trust-building abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
