SAP Production Planner And Quality Manager

Support SAP Production Planning and Quality Management modules through implementation, configuration, and maintenance activities. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective SAP solutions. Configure SAP systems to support production planning and quality processes while ensuring integration with other modules and external systems. Prepare documentation, process flows, and training materials to support system implementation and user adoption. Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities.

Configure and support SAP PP and QM modules. Analyze business requirements and provide functional specifications. Develop process flows, design documents, and business process procedures. Perform system configuration for quality management processes including procurement, logistics, and inspection. Support integration of SAP modules with other systems and applications. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Prepare user manuals and provide end-user support. Participate in project lifecycle activities including implementation and maintenance. Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular status updates. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with standards.

Strong knowledge of SAP PP and QM modules. Experience with system configuration and integration across SAP modules. Understanding of production planning and quality management processes. Ability to create process documentation and workflows. Familiarity with structured implementation methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

6 to 8 years of experience working with SAP PP and QM modules. 2 to 3 years of functional domain experience.

Experience with SAP ECC systems. Experience integrating SAP modules such as WM, PM, and others. Exposure to testing processes and implementation methodologies. Experience working with documentation and process design tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field. SAP certification in relevant modules preferred.
