It's not easy to get hired by us – we want only the most talented and committed Managers, but when you do join Lucky Strike, the rewards are abundant.Overview The Role As a Supervisor at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will lead the floor on every shift, support your team across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events, and deliver the kind of guest experience that makes people want to come back.What You'll DoOwn the floor on every shift, keeping service flowing, guests happy, and the team moving across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and eventsStep into any position as needed to maintain speed, service standards, and guest satisfaction throughout the shiftCoach and develop hourly team members on service standards, safety practices, and company expectationsDrive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and supporting events and in-center promotional programsMaintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade functionality, and smooth FOH and BOH operations throughout each shiftAssist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build foundational operational and financial skillsWhat You'll Bring1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or a guest-facing environmentA natural ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced, high-energy settingStrong communication skills and the confidence to resolve guest concerns professionallyA floor-first work style; you lead by being present and doing the work alongside your teamBasic financial awareness including labor, sales goals, and cost controlAbility to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift 25 to 50 poundsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredFlexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidaysWhat You'll Get Our people are the reason guests keep coming back.
