Your Role What Awaits You

• Review results for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and carry out routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and sample preparation whenever necessary.
• Meticulously document all procedures, train new personnel or students, and help maintain adherence to quality standards across the lab.
• Ensure a tidy, safe working atmosphere and comply with regulations and accreditation standards.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health qualification, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.
