This contract position offers a consistent weekday schedule with opportunities for overtime, on-the-job skill development, and a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities - Move pallets and materials throughout the facility using hand carts - Assemble and inspect kits to ensure top-quality products for shipment - Utilize inspection tools and equipment to sort, document, and maintain quality standards - Maintain accurate records and adhere to strict documentation practices - Read rulers and measurements, perform basic math, and communicate clearly with team leads - Safely lift and move items over 50 lbs regularly - Operate within defined SOPs and quality guidelines - Adapt to temperature fluctuations and moderate-to-loud noise levels - Fulfill other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations Required Skills and Experience - Minimum 1 year of continuous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or quality-focused role - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain documentation - Effective communication skills and basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, interpreting instructions) - Solid general computer skills - Physically able to lift/move heavy items and stand or walk for extended periods Preferred Skills - High school diploma or equivalent Benefits - Competitive pay: $15.50/hour - Consistent hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday - Overtime opportunities for extra earnings - Skill development and potential for advancement within a leading organization - Inclusive work environment with reasonable accommodations available How to Apply Ready to take the next step in your warehouse career?
