ASSEMBLER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Covington GA 30014 - 100% on-site
• Payrate: $15.50/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Overtime may be required based on production needs

ASSEMBLER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:


The Assembler role involves assembling, inspecting, sorting, and moving materials while maintaining quality standards and accurate documentation. Candidates must be comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment and following established procedures and quality guidelines.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assemble, inspect, and sort materials and components
• Move materials, parts, and finished products using handcarts and other equipment
• Frequent heavy lifting - up to 50 lbs
• Read rulers and perform basic measurements accurately
• Complete quality records and maintain proper documentation
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support production goals and quality standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS :

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 1 year of continuous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or quality-related role
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and documentation practices
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Must be available to work overtime when required

Physical Requirements

• Regular standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting
• Frequent repetitive use of hands and wrists
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including hot summer and cold winter conditions
• Ability to work in a moderate to loud manufacturing environment
