Reporting to the State Manager, you’ll partner closely with Franchise Partners and Retail Managers to deliver strong business performance, elevate the in-store customer experience, and build high-performing teams across your portfolio. You will play a key role in driving retail excellence, coaching store leadership teams, and ensuring consistent execution of programs, promotions and operational standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys influencing business owners, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer outcomes while enabling sustainable growth. What you’ll bring: Demonstrated in-depth Retail industry experience (essential) Franchise experience; Pharmacy Industry experience (preferred) Demonstrated experience in working with business owners/managers to drive business improvement programs Demonstrated experience in working with business owners/managers in developing a high-performance team culture Demonstrated experience in working with business owners/managers in developing a high level of customer experience/satisfaction Demonstrated experience in working with business owners/managers in developing instore execution excellence Tertiary education in Pharmacy and / or Business (preferred) Valid driver’s license Why us?
