Restaurant and Tortilla Factory Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team!.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all restaurant floor activities, as well as the production and processing of the Tortilla Factory.
Oversee guest services and resolve issues
Ensure a high quality of food preparation
Train and manage all personnel: Cashiers, cooks, kitchen and tortilla factory line workers
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Ensure Quality and portion control.

Inventory Control

Assist with human resources issues for all 60 employees.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or other related fields for at least 2 years.
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail

Specializing in Mexican Food, Fresh Meats and Vegetables.

Spanish Speaking a plus.
