Senior Financial and Tax Accountant Full-time Regular St. Charles, MO, US 30+ days ago Requisition ID: 7171 Patriot Machine is seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Senior Financial and Tax Accountant to join our team. This role will be hands‑on with our executive team, helping with decision-making and strategic planning. Responsibilities Assist in preparation of financial reports Monitor and record financial transactions Help with the tracking and preparation of tax reporting matters Perform bank reconciliations Lead accounting projects, including 401(k) audits and internal reporting Enter and maintain accurate accounting data within accounting systems Continuously improve accounting policies, procedures, and systems for efficiency and accuracy Requirements Bachelor’s in Accounting required, Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment Advanced Excel skills; comfort with data analysis and financial modeling Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills Must be a U.S. Person Company Profile and Benefits Patriot Machine, Inc. is a technologically advanced aerospace manufacturer headquartered in St. Charles, Missouri.
