Our clinical culture centers on helping our clients gain awareness that leads to healing and transformationOur team values accountability, clinical growth, and consistency in care. We are a structured, supportive environment where clinicians are expected to take ownership of their work, engage in ongoing learning, and contribute to a team culture that prioritizes client outcomes.We balance autonomy with clear expectations, and we are intentional about building a team that is reliable, collaborative, and committed to long-term clinical development.This is a full-time W-2 or 1099 hybrid position.
