Founding Marketer

We are looking for a high-agency, high-taste Founding Marketer to build our clients' growth engine from 0-to-1. You will be their first dedicated marketing hire, working directly alongside the founders to define positioning, build acquisition channels, and drive early pipeline and customer adoption. This is a hands-on, build-it-yourself rol e, not a brief-and-delegate management position. You will own top-of-funnel growth end-to-end—shipping your own campaigns, landing pages, and automated workflows using modern AI tools, testing quickly, killing what doesn’t work, and doubling down on what does . What You’ll Do Own Growth End-to-En d: Pick channels, design experiments, and scale what works across paid, organic, content, social, and partner channels. Build AI-Powered Workflow s: Leverage AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, n8n, Clay) to ship landing pages, creative assets, and automated GTM workflows rapidly without waiting on engineering or design teams. Craft Messaging & Positionin g: Translate complex product capabilities into clear, high-converting messaging and customer-facing narratives. Drive Measurable Acquisitio n: Focus relentlessly on lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline/user growth, testing new channels from zero with no existing playbook. Brand & Experiential Executio n: Concept and run creative brand campaigns, viral activations, or targeted events/partnerships that build category awareness. What We’re Looking For 2–5+ Years of Experien ce: Early-stage startup or high-growth tech background where you owned marketing channels end-to-end. 0-to-1 Execution Track Reco rd: Proven experience building a marketing motion from scratch or acting as a founding/first marketing hire. Technical & AI-Native Self-Sufficien cy: Comfortable using modern AI and no-code tools to execute, automate, and build marketing assets independently. Data-Literate & Analytical: Ability to read your own performance metrics, run clean experiments, and optimize for acquisition efficiency. High Agency & Autonomy: Thrives in ambiguity, makes fast decisions with incomplete data, and takes full ownership of results. Experience marketing within Fintech (B2C or B2B SaaS) or AI-native products Familiarity with two-sided marketplace growth loops or Product-Led Growth (PLG) self-serve motions. A strong aesthetic point of view with experience managing creative campaigns, content creation, or community partnerships. Why Join?
