Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current, valid SLP license in the state of Virginia
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience working with school-aged students (K-12), ideally in a teletherapy or virtual setting
• Strong proficiency with digital therapy platforms and telehealth technologies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable with independent, remote work

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in a virtual environment, adhering to individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students’ speech and language goals
• Maintain accurate documentation, session notes, and progress reports in accordance with school and legal requirements
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings as needed, providing updates and recommendations
• Adapt therapy techniques and materials to ensure engaging, effective sessions in an online format
