We Are Seeking
Team Gilbert is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead our Human Resources Department, which we call our People Team . This department of 28 dedicated professionals is responsible for talent acquisition, business partnerships, organizational development, employee wellness, compensation and benefits, safety, HR technology, and people operations.
Gilbert has partnered with the Duffy Group for this recruitment.
