Come and grow with us as we solve complex challenges, inspire confidence, and drive excellence in manufacturing.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and run precision CNC machines for turning, boring, facing, and threadingProgram, edit, and optimize CNC code (G-code / CAM)Mount and secure components in fixtures or optical cellsAlign parts to the optical axis using metrology toolsMachine critical features to micron-level tolerancesMeasure and verify centration, runout, and other featuresAnalyze measurement data and adjust setups/processesTroubleshoot machining, alignment, and fixturing issuesDevelop and document setups, processes, and proceduresPerform routine maintenance and maintain organized work areaRequired Skills and CompetenciesHigh school diploma with solid mathematical aptitude. Driven to achieve with a commitment to quality and a safety-first mindset. 2-5+ years of CNC machining experience, capability to operate ultra-precision or diamond turning equipment a plus. Proficiency in G-code programming and CAM software. Experience holding tight tolerances Experience creating procedures or training others a plus.
