Must Have
- Senior Product Owner experience.
- Ability to own products end-to-end.
- Strong roadmap development and product strategy experience.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Product-focused mindset versus solution/design-focused mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management.
Preferred
- SAP S/4HANA experience.
- Manufacturing environment experience.
- CPQ or Product Configurator experience.
- CSPO certification preferred.
- SAFe experience or strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the product backlog and roadmap for CPQ and integration initiatives.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into solution designs.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across business and technical teams.
- Define business processes, user journeys, and integration requirements.
- Partner with developers, architects, and implementation partners to deliver solutions.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and successful execution.
Required Experience
- 5+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, etc.
- Manufacturing experience, preferably with configurable or make-to-order products.
- ERP implementation experience in Order Management, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
- Experience leading enterprise integration projects.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile delivery experience.
