Product Owner Role Purpose: As a trained Scrum Master, you are responsible for facilitating a Scrum team and are accountable for removing impediments of the team to achieve the sprint goals/deliverables. You are responsible to ensure that the Scrum process is used as intended. A key part of your role is to protect the development team, allow the teams to be self-managed, foster collaboration across teams and keep them focused on the tasks at hand.

Do: Is accountable for meeting Sprint objectives along with scrum team Ensure meeting of sprint commitment Own and help resolve impediments of the team Help PO adopt Scrum Process properly and ensure PO availability Support the PO in maintaining the Product Backlog, defining User Stories and Acceptance Criteria Facilitate estimation, backlog refinement and all planning ceremonies Ensure that DOR, DOD, Acceptance criteria is available and adhered to Ensure MoSCoW adherence of Sprint Backlog at the Sprint level Accountable for the correct implementation of the Agile Process Protect the team from external interference. Facilitate technical assistance to the team and enables clear communication amongst the team members Participate in Scrum of Scrum across teams and highlights impediments Provide feedback on the team members performance to the Agile Line manager and Agile Program Leader Facilitate all the Scrum Ceremonies (Planning, Daily Standup, Grooming, Demo, restrospection) and ensure correct adoption Ensure updating of all Scrum artifacts Ensure ALM tool (either client or Wipro) is updated on a daily basis Update key Scrum metrics into Wipro internal tool on a Sprint-by-Sprint basis Analyse key Scrum metrics and take corrective actions Create competency improvement and cross-skilling plan for the team (by the start of the project). Review monthly and ensure improvement in competency score. Ensure multiskilling for at least 50% of the team. Help team attain stable velocity within 6-8 sprints (allowing for 10% variation either way) Train team on the proper adoption of Agile processes (Scrum / XP / Kanban) Help in adoption of engineering practices like ATDD, TDD, CI, CD, Refactoring Record and own the restrospection actions Participate in community of practice initiatives Provide inputs to the Line manager for internal quality forums (QIC / APR / QBR / MBR etc.)

Job Description: - Responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team / Product Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities, while maintaining conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components for which the team is responsible. - Ability to identify Epic and stories. - Experienced in working with Scrum team and business closely. - Experience of implementation of Gen AI use case is mandatory.

Defines Vision and Platform Needs: Owns the working backwards documents for feature releases Makes use of research, user studies, metrics, and competitive analysis to understand the platform and business needs for a platform product Compares features for competitive review to inform prioritization within a platform product release Identifies innovations or performs "test and learn" experiments to create features that add more business and customer value for a platform product Participates with the business in customer research to inform platform product feature needs.

Technical Product Portfolio Management: Contributes near-term input (quarterly) for the platform product portfolio and roadmap Makes trade-off decisions on platform product features Exhibits expertise within platform feature area and coordinates with interdependent teams.

Platform Product Planning & Development: Develops business and platform requirements for either one platform component of a large platform product or a narrow product Sets the direction for the platform design of assigned products Determines release goals for a narrow platform product or a component of a large product, prioritizes features according to business and platform product, and adjusts throughout the implementation as needed Continuously monitors feature development through a bug catalog at the platform product level Reviews the product demo with the development team against the acceptance criteria for his / her component of a product Prepares platform product documentation, ensuring features and documentation are clear and easily consumable by other engineering teams. Creates and monitors KPIs for assigned product features.

Launch: Executes the platform GTM plan, monitors the effect of the plan and reports on it Owns and delivers on post-launch reviews and customer feedback, drives the associated actions, and incorporates feedback into the future launch plans.

Operate: Develops strategic business and customer engagement plan and drives its execution Cultivates relationships with key industry thought leaders to increase platform product success in the market segment Leads operational platform product strategy across an entire portfolio and works with other platform product teams to ensure strategies are aligned Represents the team in executive operational reviews and drives follow-through on issues identified Develops strategies to launch platform products into new market segments, particularly where significant modifications are expected Helps leadership craft responses for escalations of customer / business facing product issues Identifies new controls and leverage points to accelerate growth.

Mandatory Skills: Agile-Scrum. Experience: 5-8 Years. The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
