WEEKEND CAREGIVER NEEDED

Weekend Caregiver OpportunityRight at Home Coachella Valley is seeking to hire a weekend highly skilled caregiver to join a dynamic care team providing clinical expertise in-home. You can make a difference in your career by helping people stay in the comfort of their homes!Responsibilities and Duties:Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):Personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom, commode or in using a bedpan, showering/bathing, oral hygiene, shaving, skin, and hair)Ambulation/Transfers/Wheelchair AssistanceEatingDressingPrepares meals and snacks according to instructionsAccompany patient on errands or medical appointments.Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroomParkinson's Care, Alzheimer's Care, Stroke Recovery Care, Post-Surgical CarePerforms patient-specific activities. These could include (but are not limited to):Medication remindersAssisting with the prescribed range of motion exercisesMeasuring and preparing special dietsIncontinence careQualifications and Skills:High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.1-3 Yrs of experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide (in home care or facilities).Must have open availability Fridays, Saturdays and SundaysAbility to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.Possess a valid driver's license and insured automobile in addition to a clean driving recordBe able to pass a background check, TB test and Drug ScreenProof of COVID-19 VaccinationCompensation: $17.25 - $22.00 per hourRight At Home's Mission "To Improve the Quality of Life," is realized by affording peace of mind, security and comfort to its clients and their loved ones by providing trained, insured and bonded caregivers for a variety of needs.This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
