Organize, maintain, and review physical and electronic records and forms. Verify documentation for completeness and accuracy. Process incoming appeals and grievance requests. Track and maintain enrollment and grievance documentation. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal procedures. Maintain confidentiality of patient and member information. Support reporting, tracking, and administrative activities related to enrollment and grievance processes. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve documentation discrepancies. Perform general administrative and data management functions. Typical Day Review incoming enrollment, appeal, and grievance documentation. Enter patient and member information into internal systems. Verify records for accuracy and completeness. Maintain electronic and paper files. Track requests and follow up on missing information. Process administrative updates and data corrections. Ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance requirements are met. Communicate with internal teams regarding documentation needs and status updates. Support reporting and tracking activities.
