Pride Health is hiring a Data Intake Specialist to support our client's medical office in Pearland, TX 77584. This is a 6-month assignment (Possibilities of extension or conversion) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Duration: 6-month Contract (Possibilities of extension)

Pay rate: $12-$13/hr. On W2 (Pay Rate is based on experience)

Schedule: Mon – Fri (5 days/wk.) 8-hour shift between 8 AM and 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Input: Gathering and accurately entering patient and plan member information into healthcare enrollment and grievance tracking systems.
2. Document Management: Organizing, maintaining, and reviewing physical and electronic records and forms, ensuring completion, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
3. Appeals and Grievances Management: Handling incoming requests.
4. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable healthcare laws, including HIPAA, ACA, CMS guidelines, and state regulations related to enrollment, appeals, and grievances.

Qualifications:

• High School, GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
